PromptsFlow is a browser extension designed to enhance the ChatGPT user experience by providing additional features such as:

• Chat organization and folder management
• Export and backup functionality
• Custom modes and response templates

The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not transmit any of your data to our servers. All functionality is performed locally on your device.

3. License and Access

3.1 Free Version

PromptsFlow offers a free version with limited features. You may use the free version subject to these Terms without any payment.

3.2 Premium License

Upon purchasing a premium license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the premium features of the Extension. This license is:

• Perpetual: Valid for the lifetime of the product
• Personal: For your individual use only
• Non-transferable: Cannot be shared, sold, or transferred
• Updates included: Free updates as long as the product is maintained

3.3 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Extension
• Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your license key with others

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, LemonSqueezy. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
• Backing up your data (prompts, notes, settings) using the export feature
• Using the Extension in compliance with ChatGPT's Terms of Service
• Ensuring your use of the Extension does not violate any applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, text, graphics, and all other content, is owned by PromptsFlow and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the Extension but does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PromptsFlow.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Specifically, we do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will always be compatible with ChatGPT or future updates to ChatGPT
• Your data will not be lost due to browser issues, crashes, or uninstallation
• The Extension will work on all browser versions or operating systems

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PromptsFlow BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension
• • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Extension
• • Any content obtained from the Extension
• • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE EXTENSION, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PURCHASE.

9. Third-Party Services

The Extension is designed to work with ChatGPT, a service provided by OpenAI. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to ChatGPT that may affect the Extension's functionality
• OpenAI's handling of your data or content
• Any issues arising from your use of ChatGPT

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your license, you may simply discontinue using the Extension and uninstall it from your browser.

11. Governing Law
